The Wrap Printing Process: Quality and Precision
Once the design was finalised, it was time to bring it to life. After the design and print files were finalised, our hard-working printers produced high-quality graphics that were spot on. As this project required many meters of printed material to cover the coach, we had to make sure that it was wrapped flawlessly.
We used top-of-the-line vinyl, known for its durability and vibrant colour reproduction. As a result the graphics will look stunning for years to come.
The Coach Installation: A Week-Long Transformation
Transforming a coach of this size into a moving advert for Alton Towers was no small feat. But our skilled installation team dedicated an entire week to meticulously apply the wrap. Every seam was smooth and every graphic was perfectly aligned. Although the coach’s size and complex curves were hard to navigate at times, our team was up to the challenge due to their expertise and patience.
From start to finish, the installation process was a true team effort. For instance we overcame various challenges, including fitting large graphics around windows and doors, while maintaining the integrity of the design. The result was a seamless wrap that beautifully showcased the vibrant Alton Towers theme.
